Just FYI, the new K2R metal panels can be punched and bound with the Bind-it-All... I love the masculinity of it all! If you are into the whole "distressed" and "grunge" thing, you'll love these! Check them out here: http://www.kits2remember.com/acrylicsheets.html

Can they be cut with Tonic scissors? I'm wanting to make up some football albums and would want to see if it can be done - wouldn't these be so cute with the outside covers metal and the innerds acrylic

Cheers ~ Scrappy Val

Hi ScrappyVal!  You know... I am not really sure about that one.  The metal is thin enough to use the crop-o-dile and bind it all on...  So, I thought I'd give it a try.  I was able to cut it with my super-duper scissors I have for cutting the rubber for mounting stamps... And it seemed to cut ok (although I only cut a little snip off).  It might be a little interesting cutting it into a shape... but a football might not be too bad!  I am sure that you'd have to sand the edges...  Hope that helps.

Jessica, I wanted to say thank you for making me a metal junkie! After Scrapfest I came home and put together the class projects and just fell head over heals in love with metal! My mom is using one of the message boards in her kitchen for her recipes as she cooks. She sat it on a cute stand and is keeping the recipes clean of messes. I am going to be making a wall hanging for a raffel at Madalyn's school and so many more projects on mind to count.

I bought only a few metal panels at Scrapfest but I plan on purchasing more at Scrapbook EXPO-Ontario. You can do so much with it!
